hii sir good morning

2 of our patients on maintainence haemodialysis since last 5 yrs are now devoolping severe hypotension during HD even with minimal UF , starting bp is 90/70
they both r non diabetic
please give ur advice

It would help if you provided a bit more information.

  • Are the patients edematous
  • Are they on antihypertensives
  • What have you tried so far with respect to dialysis prescription?
