Does this mean that kidney function is normal. I am 73 years old and GFR is 66.
This means you have no significant albumin in the urine. Your kidney function seems consistent with your age. Just on the basis of this information - and assuming your kidney function isn't declining further - there seems to be no cause for concern. Obviously, you din't include any other information about yourself so. I can only comment on these tests alone.
