Hi doctor, my father's ACR report is 300 mg/g. What it means and what should be further course of action. Attaching reports for your reference. Thanks.
Hello,

This represents a very small (but abnormal) amount of excess protein in the urine. Unfortunately I don't have any further information with which to guide you. It would be important to know whether your father has a history of diabetes, hypertension or kidney disease; whether there is family history of kidney disease; whether he takes medications etc.
