I have had blood serum tests done in December but still concerned about foamy urine. When I drink a lot of fluids it's not noticeable but otherwise seems to be fairly constant now. I am 45y.o.white male. No other symptoms like pain, blood, etc.

EGFR was 77
Creatinine is 101umol/L
Sodium 142 mmol/L
Urea 5.6 mmol/L
Potassium 4.1 mmol/L
Chloride 104 mmol/L
Bicarbonate 31mmol/L
Urea 5.6 mmol/L
Total bilirubrin 13 umol/L
Albumin 42 g/L
Totla Protein 66 g/L

All others were within acceptable ranges as well. Nto sure what this means- the GP said all was fine and not to worry. Had a dipstick test on the urine in January and no protein, blood and glucose detected. Any ideas as to what the foamy urine might be or indicate?
