My little sister, 12 years old, suffers from kidney atrophy, and we now wash the kidneys twice a week. My sister was suffering from fatigue and fatigue, but after doing the dialysis I became much better and her weight increased, so I want to ask is there a solution other than kidney transplantation treatment or something?
I am very sorry for this. But end stage kidney disease has two treatments - dialysis and transplantation. Your sister can have an excellent outcome with kidney transplant assuming her health is otherwise well. She can receive a kidney from a living or deceased donor and do extremely well - especially with living donation.
