Hi doctor.
I had a urinalysis done with my first morning urine and the results came back as following:

Proteine - Negative
Albumin - 3 mg/ dL
Creatinine - 100 mg/ dL
Red/ white cells - Negative

Is it a normal result?

I am 30 years old, diagnosed recently with class II lupus nephritis.

thank you,
Eliora
This test indicates that you have a very small amount of protein in the urine right near the normal range. This would not be consistent with severe kidney disease and would be in keeping with your diagnosis of class II lupus nephritis. The other very critical element in determining the severity of your case would be to know what your kidney function level is.
