52 yr old female with family history of amloydosis and CKD. Should I be worried with these lab results?

eGFR - 88
ACR 1.3 LO
Specific gravity <=^1.0005
Creatinine- 69
B12 levels-1082 pmol/L HI (vegetarian, no supplements)

Bp 140/90

Many thanks
Amyloidosis typically presents with heavy proteinuria. Given your ACR is low, this would suggest that you do not have any significant proteinuria and therefore the liklihood amyloidosis just based on these tests alone is extremely low.

Hope this helps!
