HELLO
I AM FAMILY MEDICINE DOCTOR AND I WANT ASK ABOUT ONE PATIENT , HER CREATINE LEVEL IS 2.52 MG/DL AND SHE IS DIABETIC AND HTN AND ISHEMIC HEART DISEASE
AND I ASK ABOUT HOW I CAN HELP HER AND THERIS ANY MEDICINE CAN MAKE HER CREATINECOME LOW , WE TRY CONTROLE BLOOD PRESSURE AND D.M
Hello,

In general, successful management of CKD involves preservation of kidney function rather than restoration of it. If we assume your patient has diabetic and atherosclerotic kidney disease, then the best way to preserve kidney function is control blood pressure, minimize proteinuria with ACE inhibitors or ARBs (but not both), cessation of smoking and treating lipids to goal. If she has some other form of kidney disease (such as lupus for example), then preserving GFR might also require management of that underlying disease.

I don't know what you are referring to Creatinine 9.8 in blood? Please post the lab result after removing your personal health information.
