Hi

My KIDNEY FUNCTION Tests as follows :

MICROALBUMIN:CREAT RATIO

URINE MICROALBUMIN 104.9 MG/L
URINE CREATININE 14.39 MMOL/L

MICROALB:CREAT RATIO 7.3 H MG/MMOL

Is the ratio within the normal range?

Thanks for your advice.
Hello,

This represents microalbuminuria. It reflects an amount of protein in the urine which is abnormal but only just above the normal range for it.

Thanks Dr.

Do I need to proceed with any further or details check up.

If abnormal does it means any kidney failure?

Thanks in advanced.

I don't have nearly enough information to comment.

Would need to know your medical history, your age, medications that you take, blood pressure, kidney function to be able to help any further.
