10 years ago, I had a kidney transplant. Everything was fine 4 years ago, I was diagnosed with IGA Nephropathy Haas 01. With treatment it is well under control. But around 8 months ago, my creatine started fluctuating. It fluctuates between 1.2 to 1.5. There is no rejection. Sonography was normal, IGA negative, Biopsy also did not reflect anything consequential. Every thing else seems to be fine. But the creatine keeps fluctuating. The doctors are also unsure and are not giving any concrete response of the cause. Kindly guide.
