My uncle aged 60 is a type 1 diabetic patient since 30 years and also has hypertension. Since 3 years his creatinine levels are increasing gradually. He was once put on dialysis for 12 hours. Now again his creatinine levels are shooting along with weight gain. He is 102 kgs (ht 6ft) and 6.2 creatinine level.
Kindly enlighten on his present status, precautions to take and future consequences.
Note: he is no on no salt diet.
