Elevated EGFR

Hi
I had a blood test and the EGFR was 59. I have fibrocystic kidneys and also I do get a lot of cramps in legs and feet. Sodium and Potassium are within normal limits

Do you mean polycystic kidneys? It would be helpful to post the report of your ultrasound below (after removing any personal identifying information). Fibrocystic kidneys is not a term we use. Furthermore, eGFR of 59 is reduced, not elevated. Perhaps you meant the creatinine is elevated?
