Hi!

My father's Microalbumin is 2561.70 mg/L

and his Albumin/creatinine is 3592.8mg/g

is that bad?

Unfortunately, This represents a very elevated level of protein in the urine. This finding should be evaluated by a nephrologist as soon as possible.
