What is the effect of severe Hypo albuminemia and Massive proteinuria on falsely lowering e GFR and Lowering Serum Creatinine?

Hello,

I am not aware of this relationship. Perhaps others might have some ideas. Why do you think there is a such an effect?

It has something to do with tubular secretion of creatinine once massive proteinuria is there, rather than True Glomerluar filtration, I don't know the mechanism but I wanted some more information.
