Sorry, is the hand-written result the current one? As in 2306 mg/g? In that case it would represent a very significant level of proteinuria that could reflect a recurrence of membranous. If it is only 263 as on the typed report, then this is much less severe. Even if 2306 is the current number, it might respond to treatment with ACE inhibitors or angiotensin blockers, commonly used to treat blood pressure. A renal biopsy and/or assessment of certain blood antibodies (anti-PLA2R) might be helpful.
