Blood in the urine is very common. You have unfortunately provided no information with which to narrow down the problem such as your age, medical history, medications, possible symptoms etc.

I’m 22, no medical history that requires medicine, only taken painkillers every now and then and vitamins, and I have had Anxiety Disorder for a couple of years but don’t take any medication for that either.

No symptoms, urine is always clear and I follow a vegan diet if that impacts it in any way.

Are the Neutrophil levels alarming as well?
