Hello,

I’m a 44 year old female and not sure exactly what to make of my test results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, info is listed below.

• Creatinine, Urine
38.10 mg/dL

• Microalbumin, Urine Random
<0.7 mg/dL

• Micro Alb Creat Ratio (see below)
Unable to calculate the microalbumin/creatinine ratio due to
the microalbumin result or the urine creatinine result being
outside the measurement range of the analyzer.
The reason for this is that your albumin concentration is zero. Although this means that the ratio of albumin to creatinine is also zero, the labs will often not perform a calculation under these circumstances. To make a long story short, this result is normal.

Thank you for asking (and answering!) this question. I'm also a 44 year old woman and my results were very similar (Creatinine 35.44 / Microalbumin <0.5). I was so worried when I saw the "not calculated".
