My Creatinine level is quite fluctuating

This year 2019:
Mar 1.57
April 1.45
July 1.59

3 years back 1.61

My blood pressure is under control due to Tablets Aprovel n Amlodipine.
Also my ACR ratio is 0.6 which is under control.
Doctor has suggested to meet Kidney specialist. Please help on whether the above figures are worrying?
