Patient with frequent relapse of MCD who responded to Rituximab

62, years old woman with frequent relapses of MCD. Failed Cyclosporine, complete remission with Rituximab, patient still takes low dose of prednisone 2 mg. Now 6 months after Rituximab proteinuria started to rise but still in low levels, 200mg per 24 hrs collection. Should I give additional dose of Rituximab at 6 months?

If persistent, I might be inclined to see how she responds to a mini pulse of prednisone followed by taper. I am speaking from the perspective of a healthcare system where getting Ritux is not straightforward (Canada).
