Hello,sometimes ( not every morning) my urine is a bit foamy, 4 days ago i noticed a significant amount of foam and freak out, I drank 2 glass of water and the foam completly disappear
this morning I noticed that my urine is a little foamy ( the foam form a ring) , again i drank 3 glass of water and it disappeared completly

is it concerning?
