Low creatinine in urine

Hello, I did a test for checking my albumin and creatinin
albumin was < 5 mg/L
creatinine 0.42 g/L

I drink a lot of water before testing my urine was clear

whats the cause of abnormal creatinine ?
There is no significance of urinary creatinine except to calculate the urine albumin to creatinine ratio - this would be normal in your case.

Blood creatinine is what is used to calculate kidney function.

Thank you for your help, is my test inaccurate due to my high hydratation or I definitly don't have problem with albumin ?
