How to reduce creatinine level

Sir, since 35 years I am on one kidney and I have regularly testing my creatinine level ,15th April it was 1.19 to day i got it tested it is 1.34 .I was feeling some sort of pain in kidney region since last few days and also abdomen. I consulted gestroentalagist and he sujjested CT scan and after verification he said every thing is normal including kidney. But just to confirm I got the test at RV lab and result urea 29 and creatinine 1.34 .can you kindly advise suitable medicin

In the year 1984 ,i hàd kidney stone and was oprated after 10 year of opration during scaning it was noticed that my kidney was killed during oparation .
I am diabetic but my fasting blood sugar level to day was 103 and after food 165
My blood pressure is 90/135
I am a hindu vegetarians
No history of any kidney ailment in family
