I have a question about the results I read from my last blood work.

Unable to calculate Albumin/Creatinine Ratio
as the concentration of the Albumin is less than the lower limit of the analytical range of the method.

I have medullary sponge kidney and LPHS. Does any of this matter in relation to my albumin/creatinine reading?
