Age 63 , bun 17, creatnine 1.1 (muscular build 200 lbs.) gfr 72 three years running, The Physician performing the tooth implant prescribes lower dose of Amoxicillin. I was hoping a safer antibiotic could be used. Please advise safest antibiotic for kidneys and this procedure. Thank you
