I have a patient starting on Doxorubicin and Trabectedin every 3 weeks for SCC. Doxorubicin has been dosed reduced to 50mg/m2 and dexrazoxane to 500mg/m2. crcl<40 suggests a 50% reduction in dexrazoxane, is this advised in HD?
