pt with spinocerebellar heamangioblastoma surgical removed after a time there is bilateral renal swelling by ultrasound, what is the next step for the pt as investigation ;
my answer; enhanced contrast CT abdomen for degree of involvement and metastasis ,is it correct ? and, is it better than MRI ?
how i evaluate pheochromocytoma as lab and investigation ?
I'm not certain what the best test is for metastatic spinocerebellar heamangioblastoma, but for pheochromocytoma workup, plasma fractionated metanephrines is useful in most situations. But for a more exhaustive approach, please see the attached figure from UpToDate.
