hello, i have pt 85 year old with past history of hyperurecemia now his c/o hematuria general fatigue his s. cr 2.3
i can not do IVP . what can i do ?

What is the diagnosis you are considering? If something structural, have you started with an ultrasound? How high is the urate level?
