Hi sir,

I am doing research on total kidney volume in ADPKD; please explain how to calculate heigh adjusted kidney volume.
Hello,

If you have total kidney volume by MRI already measured. If so, please go to this page:

http://www.mayo.edu/research/documents/pkd-center-adpkd-classification/doc-20094754

Look to Box #3 and you can enter your respective values there in order to give the height-adjusted TKV with the corresponding risk level provided.

If you only have kidney dimensions, got to the same link above and use Box #1 which will calculate the estimated TKD. Once that is done, you can then proceed to Box 3 to make your volumes height adjusted.
