Does blood transfusion 2 day before the operation provoke formation of new HLA antibodies after completing the immunological assessment in a patient prepared for kidney transplant

Although blood transfusions do contribute HLA sensitization, I would imagine exposure 2 days prior to transplant would not immediately impact the formation of alloantbodies. This likely would take some time.
