I am now a full time Consultant (Attending) Intensivist and Anesthetist in the United Kingdom. From 2005-2010 I was Assistant Professor in Critical Care and Anesthesia at Dalhousie University. Our ICU has 4 Prismaflex machines and provides around 360 days of CRRT per year, as well as caring for many patients with AKI who do not require RRT.
