I work at the Ottawa Hospital as a Nephrologist, taking care of patients
with chronic kidney disease, especially those requiring hemodialysis. In addition, I also see patients with difficult to control hypertension at the Renal Hypertension Clinic. As a clinical researcher at the OHRI, my research interests mainly are in using systematic reviews, survival analysis and decision analytic modelling in areas of contrast-associated acute kidney injury, hemodialysis and vascular access, and hypertension. My publications are available at this link. I also have teaching responsibilities at the University of Ottawa, for medical students (mainly 3rd year, about acute and chronic kidney diseases) and medical residents and nephrology fellows. |
