I am currently located in Chattanooga TN where I am a full professor Medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. I am also the director of the Southeast Renal Research Institute (SERRI); a private organization that collaborartes with UT COM in conducting clinical and translational research in AKI, Diabetes M. IgA nephropathy and Contrast Induced Nephropathy. Prior to moving to Chattanooga, I was an associate professor of Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta.
