What do these values mean? Everything is right down the middle (and says normal), but everything I'm reading says kidney disease. I am 47/m/non smoker with T2D, crohns, hypothyroidism
These tests are indeed normal. The most important item on that screen is the albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR) as integrates the two tests above it. Based on a normal ACR, there would be no reason to label you as having kidney disease. The other test of importance is your kidney function, estimated using a blood creatinine/eGFR test.
