My recent urine analysis test results state that the laboratory was unable to calculate ratio as ration albumin was less than detection limit. Does this suggest that the albumin/creatinine ration is normal.

Yes, it is normal to be low or undetectable.

My GFR has fallen to 66 from 75 in 12 months. Is this cause for concern.

My GFR has fallen from 75 to 66 in 12 months. Is this cause for concern. I have been drinking more alcohol than usual over the past two months due to stress and wondered if this could be the cause.

It would be important to establish a trend with more than 2 tests to get an understanding of the real trend. Once you had more results, we could give you a better interpretation. Very often, creatinine (and therefore eGFR) can fluctuate up and down from test to test.
