Hello,

I do not recommend potassium or phosphate restriction at your level of kidney function, that is unless you have been prone to high potassium levels in the past which is sometimes seen at this level of kidney function in patients who are on certain medications like ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers or mineralcorticoid receptor antagonists.
