Hi, I have SLE disease almost 25 years. I am 42 years old. Female. My SLE disease affect my kidney, my cretininine level is 205 and my eGFR is 32. I have high blood pressure, medicine I taken now is perindopril 8mg, cellcept 500mg twice a day, predisolone 5mg. I am vegetarian, kindly advise what should I do to reduce my cretininine level.
