Hello experts

I have noticed that my morning urine will be dark brown foamy liquid and later part of the day after drinking plenty of water it becomes almost transparent.

And after intense exercise in the evening, the urine is found to be dark brown foamy again.

I would like to know whether this is normal for all.

Hello,

I would suggest having a urinalysis done looking for blood and protein. You can also have a urinary albumin or protein to creatinine ratio done. Foamy urine is not uncommon and not concerning if the urinary protein is normal. Brown urine can be a sign of blood or myoglobin in the urine which should be investigated.
