Hi,

I'm a little concerned about some lab results that I have gotten recently. I usually do labs every 6 months. In October 2019, my eGFR was down to 56 and creatinine 1.1. Then in January eGFR was 51 and creatinine 1.2. My latest labs now in June is eGFR <60 and creatinine 0.9. Is it normal that your kidney function goes up and down like that?

I also had a urine test now in June and it came back with a lot of things out of ranges. I don't have any burning while urinating or urgency, but I have had some cramping and low appetite. These were the results;
Urine blood 0.2
Urine Protein trace
Urine WBC/HPF 46
Urine RBC/HPF 8
Urine Squamous Epitheal 11
Urine Bacteria OCC
Urine mucus rare
Hyaline Casts 5
Urine Nitrate neg
Leukocyte esterase 500
Clarity Turbid

The microalbumin urine test;
Urine creatinine 237.8
urine total protein 13
Mau/CR ratio 6
Microalbumin 13.1

Is there something that I should be concerned about?

Thank you!
Isabell
