The results of a 14 year old boy for eGFR is 154ml/min/1.73m2
I want to know if it's okay please.

The eGFR is really meant as a screening test rather than as an accurate test to quantify GFR in the normal range such as in this 14-year-old boy. I would say though that this is definitely consistent with normal kidney function.
