### *Medical Test Results*

#### *04 August 2024*
- *uACR:* 63.1 mg/g creatinine
- *Urine Albumin:* 16.3 mg/L
- *Urine Creatinine:* 258.0 mg/L
- *Serum Creatinine:* 0.96 mg/dL

Based on the above results, the doctor diagnosed me with *Early Diabetic Kidney Disease (DKD). However, after researching trusted medical sources (government/medical websites), I found that **a single abnormal reading should not be used for diagnosis, especially when all other parameters are normal*.

To verify the results, I decided to retest on my own. The subsequent results are as follows:

#### *01 September 2024*
- *uACR:* 5.3 mg/g creatinine
- *Urine Albumin:* 3.0 mg/L
- *Urine Creatinine:* 563.0 mg/L
- *uPCR:* 2.7 mg/dL
- *Urine Protein:* 2.7 mg/dL

#### *05 October 2024*
- *uACR:* 5.1 mg/g creatinine
- *Urine Albumin:* 5.0 mg/L
- *Urine Creatinine:* 970.3 mg/L

#### *23 November 2024*
- *uACR:* 4.9 mg/g creatinine
- *Urine Albumin:* 5.9 mg/L
- *Urine Creatinine:* 1201.8 mg/L
- *Serum Creatinine:* 1.02 mg/dL

---

#### *Questions:*
1. Could the first test result (04 August) be a *lab error*?
2. How is it possible for the uACR value to drop so drastically within a month *without any specific medications or lifestyle changes*?
3. Should I be concerned about the *Urine Albumin value of 5.9 mg/L* in my latest test (23 November 2024)?
