I'm a 15 year old, 185cm 70kg boy. Recently over the course of the past six months I've been having foamy urine. I thought nothing of it until I was watching a game theory video and the topic of urine came up and it said "foamy urine can be a sign of protein in your pee" and I did some more research. The problem is I'm bad at diagnosing and hate self diagnosing. I've been begging my parents to go the doctor especially since three of my mother's siblings died due to kidney related issues and I don't know what to do

Foamy urine can be completely benign but you should have your urine check for the presence of protein. This is a very simple test that can be done through your doctor.
