36 y/o Male with history of high grade obstructive uropathy. Neurogenic bladder.

* Severe Bilateral Hydronephrosis
* Creatinine: 3.2
* GFR: 24mL/min/1.73 m2
* Weight: 156 lbs
* Height: 5’ 2”


Would like to know if I can engage in physical training such as, running, calisthenics and weightlifting.

Hello,

Exercise is not a problem in general with chronic kidney but I would be cautious to avoid dehydration which would obviously threaten renal function further.
