I am a 62 year old woman, a bit overweight. My blood tests results show the following: ESR33, eGFR 59, IgA 4.78, beta 2 GLOBULIN 6.2, CRP 18.2, compliment C3 1.88, nuclear antibody Positive, Nuclear antibody Titre HI 1:320. I have had many blood tests over the past couple of years and these are always a bit out of whack. But my doctor doesn’t discuss them or do anything. I have a kidney disorder in the family (Alport’s syndrome) and lots of different types of cancer in the family. I have asked if I need my kidneys checked and why my immune system doesn’t seem so good but told not to worry. I do worry when I see this stuff on my blood tests that may be a bit high in some areas. Should I be concerned and press more for further testing OR does this look fairly normal?
