Hi, I'm a 23-year-old male, have a urine creatinine of 338.1, an albumin of 38 and between the two a ratio of 11 in a urine sample is a cause for concern? 0.92 of creatinine that has not moved from September to January and with a normal abdominal ultrasound of all organs including the kidneys?

I attached a capture but this is in Spanish since I write from Spain (Europe)

This is a normal albumin to creatinine ratio. The first two numbers are used to create the ratio. The reason they appear abnormal individually is that your urine was very concentrated at the time. But when you divide one by the other, the ratio normalizes.
