I am male 22yrs and For past one month. I have seen that my urine is foamy in the morning. But less foam or no foam in the evenings. If i drink plenty of water and urinate there is no foam occurred. So i talk with a neprologist. And i did a blood and urine test. The creatinine level is 0.87mg/dl. And the egfr value is>90. And albumin is negative in the urine test. Pus cells 1-2. And the doctor said its normal and nothing to worry about. But this foamy urine is disturbing me a lot. Am i normal or i should do further tests? I am a health anxious person. I can't concentrate on other things and constantly worrying about this issue

If your urine does not test positive for protein (albumin or any other protein), then foam in the urine is of no concern. It might reflect a normal amount of protein in the urine which acts as a detergent and creates bubbles.
