So I have trace amounts of blood in my urine and foamy urine too and have had for over a year my doctor told me that my blood test were normal I even went too a urologist and they said everything looked good except for a small kidney stone should I be worried and if not why a year later do I still have microscopic hematuria and foamy urine can it be normal for person too have this year round

How old are you? Have you tested your urinary protein levels? Do you have other health conditions, including high blood pressure? All would be an important part of the story. In the absence of any of the above, especially in young patients, microscopic hematuria is very often a benign finding and can be secondary to your kidney stone but more information is required.
