approach for  febrile rash with renal failure

Rash with renal failure. diffrentials may be Malaria, Dengue, TTP, Drugs, Acute TIN, HSP, Cryogglobinnemia, Vasculitis. preliminary approch require urine dr n ultrasound KUB for active sediment n proteinuria, but may also need CBC, Renal functions, Liver functions, ANA profile, C3, C4, HbsAg n Hcv. further decision will be taken according to lab results.
