I am a renal pathologist, working at St. Michael's Hospital, a teaching hospital of the University of Toronto. I am also the Chief of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at St. Michael's Hospital. I report all renal biopsies, from native kidneys or transplants, that are done in our hospital.
